Course Curriculum Overview
The teachers and the programs arranged by the college help us to understand and learn a lot of new things. Every other day we learn something new by the seminars organized by the college and the students. The lectures are given by many people who have achieved a lot in life and they are there to inspire us.
Placement Experience
The placement cell does a lot of work for us to join. They separate different streams and they see by themselves if we are capable of attending the further process of selecting recruits.
College Events
There are different events each year related to different fields. Throughout the year there are a lot of events related to jobs and internships. There are some unofficial events like the annual fest reverie in which singers and different bands are invited.
Fee Structure And Facilities
In the beginning of college, they collect 2k for the events and official seminars And we are not asked for money after that. There is not a complete transparency in the fee breakdown but If the students demand the budget and the expenses on the things provided to us.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provide scholarship to the students who are secure good marks. There are different categories in which the scholarship is divided for different streams and post graduation courses starting from rs 250 per month to 16000 per month.
Campus Life
My college is an all girl's college. So except the students we have male faculty of teachers teaching us in an excellent way. The area is very sophisticated so there is no problem for us in or outside the college. During the fest and other college events the boys are in the campus but they are mostly DU students so there is no problem.
Hostel Facilities
I live in a pg which is in walking distance of my college. There are a few pgs near the college which are in walking distance. I share my room with 2 other people. They are also students and go to the same college which is easy for me as I can ask them about anything. The facility provided in the pg is good.
Alumni/Alumna
The college students are very friendly and motivating. The girls in our college motives each other to be a better person every day. One of my roommate is my senior and she is the most positive person I've met. She was my first friend there. And she has helped me a lot.
Admission
I wanted to enter in a field of business and finance. And through this field and college I can learn about business and finance. Delhi university was a good way to enter in a field like this. Delhi is a good place for exposure and learning new things. It has been a year and I have learnt a lot.
Faculty
The timing of college have really eased for us to attend the lectures. There is reasonable amount of free time for us to relax and attend the lectures with clear mind. The teachers are good, besides the lecture they also tell us about real life experiences and problems which we can face in the near future.
