I heard about it from many student councilor and seminar which happened in many hotels of my home town. Also from google i got to know this is a renowned college of kolkata. Education quality is good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is good. May be something can be improved by adding new technology but it enough to get a good job in your field. Yes college provide industry visits . Faculties are very nice some help u a lot specially my hod Dharamdas Mondal Sir. He will teach uh every basic thing if his subject Control System.
Internships Opportunities
I got internship in Power Grid corporation of India limited in my 5th semester. It was located in patna. I got very much practical knowledge their. But there was no stipend for us
Placement Experience
Tcs, Delloite, ITC and many companies visit our college for placement. Many student get placement but average package is 3.2 lakh per annum. My department student gets 60-70% student placed each year. We get core company also during placement.
College Events
Technical group is there named geekonix very famous for its annual festival edge. Robotics, Android app, software many more. Cultural club Anakhronos is their which makes annual event with bollywood singers. Samaritans NSS club also organises Filanthrophia social fest.
Fees and Financial Aid
No there is no loan facility by college but there is a bank inside campus of Punjab national Bank who provide loan for local student. You can take help of bank to pay fees and have account to pay exam fees.
Campus Life
Infrastructure is not very good. There is wifi facility but speed is not that great. There is a swimming pool but it's not clean to swim or party. Library is good books are available. Librarian Dalia ma'am is very supportive. Labs are good well equiped will all equipment. Sports ground is there.
