Because I want to be an engineer and best college for my future and they have good teachers and faculties. I opted electronic and communication engineering because I love electronic and communication.

Electronic and communication is the course I opted.ec is the best course for my future career and also communication Field is advancing in every aspects and there is scope for electronic and communication engineerings

College Events

Students in my college have special interest in extracurricular activities they participate in all events not only in culturals also in technical events held in our college and also in outside colleges also

Campus Life

My college, college of engineering muttathara has a good infrastructure for all the students. Good electronic labs mechanical labs every lab are good. And also they have excellent workshops for all students

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
