College management team is well organised and very helpful.

The placement ratio in food technology is 75%. Many big company like ITC, Adani, Nestle visit our college and give placement.

In our college, there is 3 main event and departmental fest. There is Edge-technical event(organised by technical club-geekonix), Anakhronus-cultural fest, Fillanthropia-social service fest. The Technical fest organised by geekonix is Kolkata's 2nd biggest technical fest. Cultural and social service fest are also well organised and big. There is huge number of participation not only from college student but also outsider are also elligeble.

B. tech is a 4-year course. For this course the program fee is 3 lakh 42 thousand. There is only 3000 rupees for dress material which we have to pay after getting admission not at the time of admission. These are feesible and not expensive. If anyone has economical problem, college authority also help them to get educaltion loan and provide scholership.

I opted an education loan. College authority helped me to get some documents. The college offer scholarship opportunities.

The gender ratio is 50:50. There is technical, cultural and social wellfare club. There are many technical club such as robotics, photography, Buisness plan, Food club and many more(Under main technical club Geekonix) There is also a cultural team. They organise cultural events. There is also a social service club name Samaritans.

The seniors are very helpful. They help us for exam preperation and many more. Alumies are also very helpful. They give advice how to face every problem in work or industry. These advice help me to gain experience.

I got admission in this college by WBJEE counselling. This college provide excellent education system, Well organised lab facilities with very helpful lab assistant. I got admission by 3rd counselling. I choose food technology course because I was interested in food production, manufacturing.

There is 12 lecturers and 5 lab assistant. They also provide a special session on mock interview and placement. They also give advice on industrial uses of instruments. They also clear our doubts. They are very helpful. There are two industry experties who gave us perfect idea of industry work.
