If anyone is interested in curriculum and extra curricular activities i will suggest this college. However if interested in sports, please dont opt.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is set by pune university. But recently college have turned to autonomous which gives free hand have its own course curriculum. Now the college have increased the trainings and internship parts which more useful in student life rather then having monotonous course.
Placement Experience
Placement mainly depends on how you perform during your semesters. After MIT is the second college where most of the company come for hiring. Addition do that college have made compulsory to have 1 week training/internship after 2nd year while 1 month training after 3rd year. we have provide report as well on the same
College Events
Technical events are held according to the different different departments. college does host some national level as international events which does give college a good fame. Cultural programs are best. They are for almost month where students can showcase their talents.
Fee Structure And Facilities
This college have highest fees all over the pune. However the fee varies according the category of the student. College accepts cash/chequ/online transfer etc. according me development fee should be excluded from the fees which I believe is college is taking as bonus.
Fees and Financial Aid
I did opted for scholarship, which is compulsory if you are not in open category. It is because if you are paying some amount then remaining amount is paid by gov to the college. In order to receive that payment from government students have to fill the scholarship forms
Campus Life
college campus is very small. Also the gender ratio is very low. College does have extracurricular activities but comparing to other colleges it is not of that standards. College have very small turf size ground. On the same ground all sports are played during competition.
Alumni/Alumna
Now the college have started maintain the alumni contacts. But I dont think college does give that much respects to the alumni. They do have wide experience but college hardly take any inputs from them.
Admission
This was different course and have good past placement record. The admission process is through DTE website. I filled CAP round and followed the subsequent process. College is also included in ARC center which is more helpful.Once you are selected in CAP round you have to visit the college for document verification and formalities. Once done we submit fees and documents.
Faculty
Most of the faculty hold Phd in their respective fields from the renowned institutes. This help the students ti have a wide horizon. some of the faculty do have industry experience which is helpful to students in curriculum as well in placements. The faculty do have very good understandings which smoothnes everything.
