The college also undergoes extensive advertising programmes, sometimes which may come across as show-off.

The course structure is according to AICTE syllabus and its relevant. However it is not research driven. The course is designed such that apart from having a good knowledge of the core subjects we also get knowledge about other streams of engineering.

The placement varies from year to year. However compared to other private colleges we have a proper placement.

Technical events like integrated hackathon, techfest, paper submission, Innovative idea competition and many more. Cultural events are not celebrated in a big way however foundation day, Guru Nanak 's bday and rabindrajayanti is celebrated quiet grandly.

38, 000 per sem is the fee. I think it's quite feasible as we are provided books from college each sem. With hostel accomodation the course fee is 4lakh and 80, 000 rupees for 4years. People having a problem with the fees can apply for student loan. Also their are lots of opportunities for scholarship.

I opted for student loan. The eligibility criteria of student loan is to have 60% marks in 12th and also each sem. I took the student loan for my course fees only and not my hostel fees. I had to sign a contract which stated that I will be paying off my loan after my course finishes.

Gender ratio is quite equal. There are not much cultural festivals organised by college. but the students organise. The college holds comeptitions and events for writing skills, poetry, article writing, poster making, photography, singing competition, tree planting. The seniors are very helpfull and no ragging is done within college campus. there are people from all religion and there js no religion bias.

Yes. The hostel especially the girl's hostel has top security and there are strict rules of leaving and entering hostel. Boy's are not allowed inside the hostel. The rooms are quiet spacious with each person getting a cot, cupboard and study table of their own. 3 people are required to stay in a room. The girls hostel has 2 buildings One for the fresher's and the other one for the seniors to avoid ragging. Boy's Hostel has no such rules. The food is hostel is healthy but may not be tasty.

The alumni and seniors are really helpfull and friendly. There are no cases of severe ragging. The college has an anti-ragging squad and students can report to them any such incidents of ragging.

I got admission to this college via WBJEE councelling and placement. I got Jis in my second round of councelling. During admission I was asked to submit my details like a Xerox of adhaar card, my school leaving certificate, my Xerox of 10th and 12th marks.

The faculty is very helpfull and some of them are research driven and heavily invested in innovative ideas. They also encourage us to create new projects. Most of them are very enthusiastic abou teaching. The student teacher ratio is quiet satisfactory and have a friendly bond.
