It is the oldest private institution in West Bengal and the trusted one. The campusing is good at this college. Good infrastructure with a large campus area. The faculties are friendly nature.
Course Curriculum Overview
The branch that I chose has good records of campusing. Faculties members are cooperative and highly educated. Their qualifications are up to mark and their teaching style is good. It's not difficult to pass the exam but It's difficult to fail actually.
Internships Opportunities
American Express. BSNL. Infosys. And many are there. Actually every student does his/her project but you need to be very unique.
Placement Experience
You can go for campusing just after you enter to 4th year. And Electronic and Communication, Computer Science braches have very good records of placements in West Bengal. Infosys. Wipro. Tech Mahindra. Byjus. Vedantu. Topcon and many new companies come to my college. Almost 80~90 percentage got placed. I am trying to enter in IITs or NITS for a higher degree or any PSUs
Fees and Financial Aid
Although its fee is High but according to colleges in south India. The college fee is ok. 41000/semester. You get many options of scholarship here. They also provide 50% off in tuition fees for the toppers for each branch. They also understand your financial problems.
Campus Life
The campus life is best in West Bengal. No colleges have that much campus than this. For the fest, you need not worry. The college conducts its own fest and if you want to go to IIts tech fest, it's very comfortable because IIT Kharagpur is near to this. The classrooms are good for study purposes. There are a lot of extra circular activities and can't be discussed here due to word limits. There are a lot of social groups run by the Students only.
Hostel Facilities
Everything from bed to lights. You also get Wi-Fi. Meal quality is up to level and you get a variety of foods. There are cafeterias and restaurants inside the campus. The registration process for getting in the hostel is very easy. You need to apply through a form in which you have to choose a hostel, room no if vacant, and general info. No. I never lived in a PG but there are lots of rooms avail PG also...
Interview Experience
No. there is no GD or PI for the admission process. You have to go through the legal processes.,like you have to show them your previous degrees. Based on your merit level they take admission. Ine should have 60+ marks in 10th and 12th as well together with you have to appear in the entrance exam. Basically I prepared from coachings.
