Our college review

Very Good college as well as Historical College Individual learning is possible, students can share there family problem with teachers. A good Bonding is created between teacher and student. Only one problem in this College is it is not well maintained, teacher and other staff are very very supportive, specially the science stream , foreigners also visit our college as it place in a UNSC historical buildings. The students who comes here for learning are also Very Good in behaviour as well as in learning. I should join such college for better experience.

The teacher of chemistry department are Highly skilled in their work and experiment. Teacher and professor recommendations highly matter. The ratio of students is low in science stream because is far away in Churchgate it it located. But because of low ratio of students learning became very better and a better understanding of students-teacher relations. Exams time may vary because it a government college and if any government change or occasion is their schedule of exam change. It not very difficult to pass , actually it's became very easy because of teaching

Form 6th semester students is eligible for Campus Placement. I'm still studying so I cannot says what its range! Many students get Placement through our professor recommendations, companies near Mumbai My Plans after Getting Degree is to join a Good institute for my further Research studies. I want to be a researcher.

Fee cost of every streams are under 10,000 rupees, in science it is 5000-7000 yearly. (1)Open Merit Scholarships (2) Free-Studentships to students belonging to the Backward Classes (3) Free-Studentships to students belonging to the Economically Backward Classes. (4)Scholarships to students passing out from Government Public Schools. (5) Sports Scholarships.

There are many small small Department fest wich are Primers-biotech ,Textzaar - IT department ;all departments have their own small fest The Biggest fest of ELPHINSTONE College is MAHARASHTROTSAV a National level culture Festival! Celebrated with thousands of college people. In past we look Elphinstone College was India's first National Education center after years it was converted into College because of this we have Books Which are so old that is has completely Brown paper so Many authors Book are From 17's are their original copy of The GREAT scientists, literature other all included, Campus is Big and classroom are not well maintained!! Room is small, per student one room. The above Fee variety yearly! I have mentioned the maximum amount College can take. The Good thing is It the hostel is owned by ELPHINSTONE College! Eating and all other facilities are too good!! Evening walk for marine drive sea view, refreshing atmosphere for students Registration process start during admission time. Once the admission is done students have to fill the hostel form. The reason for hostel must be valid reasonable then only it will be accepted by College authority.
