It is one of first women?s college in the district which was established to create a safe learning space for women. It is working towards the upliftment of women in the society and to make them aware about their general rights.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is designed for three years in the Arts stream. Its aiming towards providing value education to the women so that they can fight for their self respect. It covers subjects like history, psychology etc.
Placement Experience
As it is a government college, we didn?t have get have much opportunity for placement. The college do provide placement assistance to the students. We went for off campus placement and we have grabbed some good offers.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It has the lowest fee structure as compared to other women?s college in the district. The fee for the three year program is ?9,770. It is paid throughout the six semesters where the first semester fees being ?3,490.
Campus Life
The college conducts inter-college cultural competition every year. It also two units of national social service scheme which is sponsored by the central government. The college is building the communication skills of the students by their active participation in debate.
Admission
It is a simple criteria to take admission in the college. I enquired about the college on the website. The college requires you to pass the 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks. It?s an easy process to get admission.
Faculty
The faculty members are well educated and are highly qualified. They have achieved the success by empowering women to become independent. They are helpful and they listen to the problems of the students.
