Course Curriculum Overview

In this three year course, the subjects were mainly from commerce background. What all we studied in 12th class was taught to us in-depth and with each consecutive year I am learning about it in a more elaborative form.

Placement Experience

Since my course is a basic bachelor's degree there are no placement opportunities for us and most of the students go for further studies so there is no need as well. If any student wants to take up a job, he or she has to do it on his own.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My fees for 3 years is RS. 6,075 and this is quite nominal as compared to most of the colleges. This is the reason that a lot of students want to join this college and students are able to pay the fees through any online mode or even deposit in their account easily.

Campus Life

My college has an active participation in celebrating different important days and festivals. They are also involved in organising events for sports and culture that really attracts all the students. Each one of us has an active participation in the same.

Admission

The admission did not require any entrance exam. Their only eligibility was at least 50% marks in 12th class after which they called us up for an interview on merit basis. Students selected in the interview process would join the session.

The faculty is nice, intellectual and know what they are doing. They provide us with notes and presentations so that when we have exams there are no problems in the concepts and we know each and everything in detail and are able to perform up to our potential.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
