revisiting college days of Assam institute of management

those days were my best college days because not only in fun days but i enjoyed my academics too. the college has its own vibe that makes student feel home. the faculty and infrastructure is also up to the mark.

explaining about the course curriculum,it includes very general and basic elements of the managements like any other course of post graduate degree in first year but as we enters to second year, we meet with hardcore managements traits and gets chance to explore different fields in it through the specialization process.

organizations that came during our time were Asian paints, fleet guard industries, whirlpool, marico industries and many others. yes i did internship while i was completing my course in AB group and gained lot of exposure, experience and skills, and field training. no doubt it added to my resume that helped me a lot.

Each and every kind of events are celebrated in our college from welcoming freshers in parties to give the farewell, holi, sports day are also counted in it. our college also organize annual fest that witness lot of participation from every stream in dancing, singing, quiz competitions and other activities too.

the fee structure of our course is like this, 1st year is 1.67 lakhs and following second year fee structure is 1.63 lakhs. the fee structure is not that expensive and is quites affordable according to me. the fee structure inlcudes tuition fees, lab fees and so on.

the college has student societies for different activities and regularly organizes events according to their planned events. labs like computer lab and written analysis and communication lab is also present for students and for their requirements for the course purpose. we use to make most out of those labs.

yes i was a hosteler and stayed there until my course duration got over, it was a beautiful and a memorable experience to stay there with my friends, the infrastructure were so far in the better conditions and all necessary furniture was there. the hostel fees varied according to the air conditioned and non air conditioned rooms .

well i am myself a alumni and i recently got in touch with the students of the present batch and tried from my side to help them as much as i can, since its our duty to make them fell familiar with the conditions and friendly environment that our college carries.

my aim was this from the very start and then i registered and applied here. i gave the CAT entrance exam, once i got shortlisted for it. later i followed the rest of the process by attending a group discussion and the personal interview. it is necessary to score above 50% marks your graduation to get in here.

faculty members of this college was very chill and interesting. they were very helpful with the assignments and always cooperated with the students whenever needed. i remember how intellectual they use to make the sessions to let each students take participate in it.
