The college is an excellent institution, excelling in education since 1994. The college is AICTE approved and graded a buy accreditation council for business schools and programs, USA. It offers specialisation in business analytics, finance, human resource, marketing, operations and system.
Course Curriculum Overview
Being a management student, the complete course curriculum for Masters in business education is designed data based. The college journey for masters of two years which comprises of four semesters. Each semester consisted of two exams and one had to compulsoraily pass in all the papers so as to get promoted into the next semester. The college also provides with a laptop for excellence in skill enhancement.
Placement Experience
As far as I know from our seniors and placement cell officers, 90 out of hundred students are always placed from the campus. The recruitment totally depends upon student's knowledge and skill. VIT holds the record of the highest number of placements in limca book of records since 2011.
College Events
A lot of technical, cultural, management festivals are held in the college. it is necessary for all the students to participate in all kinds of educational festivals, be it a seminar or any kind of presentation. Professor of our college supervise them on a large scale basis.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fees for two years for masters of business administration in VIT is 7 lacs, accounting 3.5 lakh per year which is I think quite affordable and feasible, unlike any other business school in India.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college has tied up or made a connection with the State Bank of India so as to provide loans to the students if they required. If any of the students excel in academic, sports or in any of the cultural fields, the college does provide scholarship to the particular student.
Campus Life
Number of interactive clubs and number of committees in the college which the students can join so as for part time fun and all round skill development. Sports club, cultural club educational clubs, etc are some of those clubs in which the students can join according to the relevant skills and interest.
Hostel Facilities
There are in total 26 boys hostel blocks and 8 girls hostel blocks in the VIT campus. The hostel facilities are excellent and provides all the necessities to the students. The rules are quite strict for the students to stay in the hostel. The hostel charge depends upon what kind of food and hostel room does a student opt for.
Admission
I got to know about this college through its official website. After filling out the form, I had to appear for CAT and MAT exam, after which according to my rank in percentile I was assigned this college and I chose to continue with this because of its name and reputation.
Faculty
The faculty of the colleges quite highly educated. They are all excelled with academic qualifications and moreover all of them are from business schools or business oriented background. The faculty and professors were very supportive and quiet friendly in nature
