Course Curriculum Overview

Our course curriculum is well updated and updated according to the latest trends. Tests were conducted twice a year. We cover assignment submissions and guest lectures in full. In the first two semesters, the course describes the basics of multiple topics, and the last two semesters are dedicated to specialization.

Placement Experience

We got full help from the placement cell in the placement process. Last year, 90% of our seniors were placed in top companies. The highest package won by a student in our college is 80 LPA, and the average package is Rs 18 lakh. Frequent recruiters include Deloitte, KPMG, Federal Bank, HDFC, L&T, Berger Paints, Oyo, GSK, and Aditya Birla. Some students were given 1.5 lakh stipends for their summer internship.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The one year fee for my course is 7.6 lakhs, which is more than the other companies in dispute. However, the college offers good facilities such as a fully digitized computer lab, a fully stocked library, and sophisticated infrastructure. My parents invested all their savings to pay my fees.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is awesome, especially the labs and the library. Corporate exposure is great because there are few classrooms inside the corporate office. The classroom, laboratories, and libraries are all updated with the latest technologies. We have a fantastic sports day with a variety of sports and games, which usually last for a week.

Admission

I have attended various management exams, including the IFT entrance exam. IIFT does not accept entrance tests like CAT, XAT, and MAT. I got admission based on my IIFT score. The counseling process, including the interview round, went smoothly, and I was asked to pay the fee after the document check.

Faculty

The teachers here are really thoughtful and intelligent. They are good corporate employees, so they all have good corporate exposure. The quality of teaching here is very good. We have conducted various case study discussions, recent trends, and various initiatives for industry preparation, as well as seminars and classes with prominent industry leaders. I am sure we will be 'Industry Ready' through the courses offered here.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

The candidate needs to have a minimum or equivalent graduation degree from a recognized university and he or she should have at least scored more than 50 percent in his graduation. IIFT has started accepting CAT scores starting from 2024 and the application form is available on the website iift.nta.nic.in. The fee amount is 2500 for general candidates. The CAT exam is held once in a year in the last week of November every year. The exam is moderate to difficult. IIFT A multidimensional learning

I passed the IIFT 2022 exam administered by NTA. Between September 21 and October 30, 2021, applications could be submitted online. The application form cost 2500 rupees. A minimum 3-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 50% is required by the IIFT to enrol students in the MBA(IB) programme. Ten per cent of the seats were reserved for newly introduced EWS reservations. On December 5, 2021, the exam was administered. For Gen 95 percentile with 100 marks was the cutoff for the Gen category for an interview call. Due to a conflict in the exam's schedule, students experienced difficulties when the IIFT exam, which was scheduled to be given on December 5, 2021, had to be redone in some centres due to a technical software fault....Read More

An outstanding experience

After graduating engineering with 75% grades, I decided to do MBA from a highly reputed college. i then applied for many colleges including IIFT. Firstly a written test was conducted where the candidate has to qualify to move forward with the procedure. after i qualified the written test, i was later called for further round like essay writing, group discussion and personal interview.
