Course Curriculum Overview
Starting from the very basic, the new candidates will be Introduced to acting initially. As time passes, Introduction to Theater Techniques & Design will be incorporated into the course and other various topics like Theater History, Literature & Aesthetics will be introduced.
Placement Experience
Working upon your skills and sharpening yourself is what you must focus upon. Placements are usually done on your actin skills in the practical rather than the theory one. So try to develop yourself in that way.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college has absolutely very low fee for the entire years of your education. There are different areas where you have to pay fee like Admission Fee, Tuition Fee, Students' Union Membership Fee but all of them are very low in comparison to the education they provide.
Campus Life
Theater studies are organized for the student very frequently and have a large participation also form faculties and students. Many cultural events are organised which draws the attention of nearby colleges as well.
Hostel Facilities
It is compulsory for all the students to join the hostel. It has a very small rent of Rs 250 per month which is very low as compared to other colleges of same field. Other bills like electricity bill, mess rent vary according to your use.
Admission
National School of Drama (Delhi)offers a Diploma whose admission takes place in two different phases. In the first phase, applicants need to clear an NSD entrance examination, also known as a preliminary exam. If applicants are selected, they have to appear in the second phase which consists of a five-day final examination workshop.
Faculty
They are full of experience and now want us to get the most out of them and learn everything from them. They are supportive and extremely talented also. Learning from them is always a good experience.
