Course Curriculum Overview

My course, i.e., B.A. Hons. Sanskrit is of the time period of 3 years. Our academic sessions include fixed text books along with co-curricular and curricular activities and events related to the chosen subject.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of our college is incharge of all the recruitment sand job placements and internships of students in our college. The students are provide with vey good jobs which have job security and high stipend.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of our college is very inexpensive. The annual fees for B.A. is Rs.4,500. The annual fees for B.A. Hons. is Rs.4,800. The annual fees for B.Sc. is Rs. 5,200. The annual fees for B.Sc. Hons is Rs.7,400. Thus, we have a very feasible fee structure.

Campus Life

Our college has a variety of academic and cultural achievements. The college organises study tours, games and sports, NCC, NSS and seminars and workshops. There are all the facilities available at our college.

Admission

During the selection process, the students first need to register themselves through the official college website. Then the students are divided into two different parts and then are selected on the basis of merit list.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
