Remarks
Nothing about this college is bad in my perspective. This college is emerging as one of the best colleges in West Bengal. There are some tiny knots in the infrastructure which will get clear in the course of time. They have provided various facilities for better development of students.
Course Curriculum Overview
We study different forms of history in our syllabus. Our syllabus is based upon the theories. In first year we study Ancient Historyand it's different dimensions,in second medieval history and lastly contemporary history in the third year.
Placement Experience
There is no placements guarantee for each and every student. Different companies including archaeology department comes here during the last year of the students,they take different tests of students, qualifying that students got jobs in their companies. Salary use to be in between 20 to 30k
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure barely gives you any stress.Its very affordable for every class. Fee of first year amounted rupees 3000, this fee is same for all the three years. Students who face any problem in paying the fees can apply to schlorships available.
Campus Life
Most favorable camps for students here are NSS and NCC. Many of my batchmates are members of these camps. We even go to for different excursion trips to various lands, seminars and workshops are the regular activities happening here
Admission
The admission is entirely based on online procedures. It's starts with filling up the admission form which is available on the college website. Atleast students should have 45% marks in their boards for studying here. Admission are done on the merit of their boards marks.
Faculty
College faculty members are well trained and experienced in their subjects. Majority of them have done PhD in their specialization subject.They always keep the environment student friendly which helps us in getting comfortable which ultimately makes our brain more attentive.
