Good college for education.

The curriculum was very interesting. It was a three years course. The curriculum includes Thesis work, comprehensive examination, state of Art and open seminar, Ph. D Thesis evaluation. Computer laboratories are there which helps the students a lot in our thesis work.

Internship facility was provided by our college. The college have an excellent placement record. The placement cell enables students to get placed in good companies. The minimum salary package was 3.5 lakh annually whereas the maximum salary package was around 7 lakh per annum.

The total fees of my course was around 51000 rupees . It was a three years course. Every year we have to pay around 17000 rupees. As i have opted for hostel, my hostel fees was not included in the total fees. The fees was not at all expensive.

The college provides scholarship facility to its students. Students who possess PG degree lead to M. E/M. TECH /M. SC from a recognised university or institute was awarded scholarship by a national agency who wish to pursue the doctoral programme in Ph. D at Central Building Research Institute.

The CSIR sports promotion Board organizes various sports events for students for indoor and outdoor games. Many indoor and indoor games like basketball, batminton, volleyball, football, ludo, chess, carrom etc are organized. The teachers encourage us a lot to participate in the activities for physical and mental development.

The admission process was based on the result of last qualifying examination. To get admission in in this course, students should clear their Master degree in Earth science, chemistry or Master degree in Material Science with specialization in corrosion science. The students should also have a valid National Level Fellowship like JRF/SRF.

All faculties of our college supporting and encouraging. The interaction between teachers and students was very good. Teachers are very friendly with all the students. Teachers give equal importance to all the students.
