Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is the best part of the college. The whole syllabus is made under the eyes of University.... they have kept all the important topics very smartly in their syllabus. In my subject which is chemistry there are various thing we need to look through while studying and this college we get everything in one place...

Placement Experience

This college keeps good care of both the things.....many college does not look through internship opportunities but this never happened in this college....we get different companies internship offers during our academics...on the other hand placement opportunities provided to our seniors was very excellent and I'm looking through getting good job from my college campus

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees asked by our college is very much feasible.... we need to pay our fees annually in our college office. As our 1 year charge I paid amount 2,495 rupees.... students who belong to SC ST gets help from the government as well as the college....they are provided with stipend from the welfare department of government of Kolkata

Campus Life

College gives a great importance to extra curricular activities... just few days back we had a blood donation camp in our college.... many students donated their blood very enthusiastically... Other than that sampoorna which is our college fest is the heartbeat of the college campus.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are only available for women.....hostel of our college is very nicely made and good for staying.... if you are having financial problems and you need to have some accommodation I strongly recommend my college hostel. They charge very less amount for food and staying..... good facilities are available in the hostel

Admission

I got admission in this school on the basis of my marks I got in my boards...The whole procedure was not very hectic and went very smooth.... their cutoff list is generally used to be in 80% to 90%. I heard about this college from my sister and I was very excited for studying in this college

Faculty

Just like our syllabus are professors are too veryy great.... They have all the knowledge regarding our subjects..... the method of teaching is compiled with digital teaching aid and this makes are learning interesting as well as longstaying

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

THERE ARE FAR BETTER OPTIONS

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
