Course Curriculum Overview
Well, the course which I opted for was B.A.LL.B, which is a 5 years course. The curriculum is quite generalized just like other law colleges. It has theoretical, practical applications as well as research-oriented. The labs were well built and available to us all time.
Placement Experience
We have a placement cell which take care of all the internships and placement process. Corporate companies and law firms visits our college. The average package is around 3 lakh in Rupees which is not high but quite satisfactory for a fresher in this field. The heighest in my batch was around 4.1 lakh. So, the overall placement scenario is quite good.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is around 69, 000 Rs which is quite nominal. It covers the entire tution fees, admission fees, library, infrastructure, including all miscillaneous fess. I will say it is quite a good 'value for money' compared to others.
Campus Life
The extra curricular activities were quite normal including few guest lectures and brainstorming sessions. The sports and college fests are what keep us going on our journey. The annual cado fests is a time for refreshing our minds and body.
Admission
My entire admission process was pretty smooth. As I was from the General category, I had to at least score a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in my 12th grade, whereas I had an aggregate of 83%. All I had to do was download the admission form from the official site of the college, fill it and submit in the college with a processing fee of Rs. 500 which is quite nominal. If one belongs to SC/ST category, the cutoff is around 60% aggregate which is quite good for them.
Faculty
All the faculty were highly educated and had a great teaching experience. Most of them were very strict with their subjects and assignments. Attendance and assignments are a necessity, iff one wishes for good internals. Apart from it, there are quite friendly teachers that balances out the scenario. All in all, one can count on all the professors, if you have any doubts regarding any issues.
