Course Curriculum Overview

Bsc chemistry is a graduation course which has the duration of 3 years and follows semester system. The course structure is good and focuses on practicals and research. The days are dull of learning and exams are tiring.

Placement Experience

The institution provides with well equipped labs and all the resources for the students betterment and education. However, there are no internships and job opportunities for the students. They can find work outside.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the bsc chemistry is around 20 thousand which is very feasible as per the demands and popularity of the course among the students. Hence, it will not be wrong to say that the fees is affordable as per the education and facilities provided by the institution.

Campus Life

The college is very good in its extracurricular activities. They enrich their students and focuses on overall development of the students. They have various sports activities like football, basketball etc. They also organize cultural functions .

Admission

Bsc chemistry course is provided by the institution. The interested students must have 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Indian Board with at least 50 percent marks. Then they will have to apply and will be selected on merit basis.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
