An unforgettable memory - KMCH

Undoubtedly.. It was my best journey in KMCH college of pharmacy. The college was best in every aspect such as academics, infrastructure, faculty and extracurricular activities.yess, It was a best Institute for the pharmacy in India.

The college firstly focuses on new developments and researches. Hence it has almost 16 laboratories for the research with adequate set of equipments. The drug and poison information center is attached to the KMCH college of pharmacy to enhance the drug development knowledge of students. The formulation and development lab in also present in the Institution with advance instruments and machines to improve the development and research ability of the students. The medical garden of about 500 sq. M. is also present in the Institute to increase the medical plants knowledge of students.

The college provides different internship opportunities in different pharmaceutical industries and hospitals. Various pharmaceutical industries and hospitals visits the college every year and many of the students get placed in this industries. During my last year various students are placed in Abbott, Apollo pharmacy and hospitals, indegene. & I also placed in one of the best pharmaceutical industrt named as Apollo pharmacy.

Instead of wasting students time on cultural festivals the college focused on technical events to enhance students skills. College organizes different visits to the different pharmaceutical industries and hospitals such as Ferti compacting India, Unichem laboratories Noida and much more. I also visites to well known industry named as Sterling Biotech limited, ooty which definitely help me to gain my knowledge. The college also performs Industrial and hospitals training to gain the practical knowledge and experience of the students.

The fees structure is feasible. The fees are about 40000 to 45000 thousand per year. Institute provides different activities and skills in a feasible fees. The installment option is also available for the poor background students for providing the fees in simple way.

Industrial visits, workshops and seminars are just common in this Institute. College organizes different project oriented programs, workshops, seminars, trainings to enhance the knowledge of the students. They are very interesting too. So the students are not bored during this activities. I was also the part of different seminars and workshops which definitely helps me to gain my skills and improve my strengths. The workshops like Drug development, Clinical challenges, Molecular modeling and seminars such as Innovation in pharmacy are arranged on daily basis in the Institute to aware the students about needs of the industries and advancements in Pharmacy. So all this activities are definitely play a vital role in student improvements.

As I completed my D. Pharmacy in KMCH college of pharmacy. I decided to do my further education in KMCH college of pharmacy too. So I took the decision to complete my B. Pharmacy in KMCH. The course duration of the course after 12th is 4 years but if you are completed the D. Pharmacy you are eligible for the lateral Entry B. Pharmacy. The duration of this course is of 3 years. The eligibility criteria is 40% marks in first and second year of D. Pharmacy as I got 80% marks in my D. Pharmacy, I'm in the rank list and easily got the admission in KMCH college of pharmacy.

The principal of the college is M. Pharm. Ph. D. And also did their specialization in pharmaceutical chemistry hence he has a great knowledge about all the concepts in pharmacy. He is the best person as the principal to lead the Institute. Other faculty I'd also PhD holders and have a great knowledge about their subject. They are available anytime to clear all the doubts of the students. The faculty also encourages new developments and researches so they always help students to implement their unique ideas.
