Now talking about the curriculum which is very well researched and developed.The curriculum is built in such a way that the students don't feel burdened or feel like its difficult to manage.The course is 3 year long

Th only missing point of my university is that they are still a new university so they don't have any placement cell or wing.You can either get a higher degree or get yourself a job.The university also does not provide you with any internship.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Now the most important factor is the fee structure.The university is not at all expensive. Infact almost 90% of the people can afford it.The university also provides some students with scholarship. The fees is a plus point of the university

Campus Life

The activities are as great as the university itself.They conduct various competitions and sports activities to make sure the students enjoy and have some fun also.The labs have all necessary gadgets to help you with assignments,

When you enter the college you will be surprised to see that how helping and supportive the seniors are. You can go to them if you have any doubt about a subject or even if you need any kind of guidance.

I am currently pursuing my graduation from this university and i have experienced the admission process and i can definitely say that the procedure is not at all complicated. to be eligible to apply you should have scored a minimum of 55% in aggregate.Relaxation is provides if you come under the reserve category. To apply go to the official website of the university.Then they will release a merit list and if you make the cut then you will be granted admission after checking your documents.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

My CGPA is Very High 9.13 & I have got a chance in all other universities like NBU, APDU , RGU, GBU , VU , SKBU & many more.But the Fact is, Being a resident of Coochbehar I heard that the CBPBU physics department is dedicated for Teaching Physics. And It's situated in my hometown so I decided to study here. MSc degree is same overall in all West Bengal state government-sponsored university. So I hereby decided to study in my hometown rather than going outwards.In accordance to the WBHED notification, this University starts admission in Online mode.
