Course Curriculum Overview

The course is modified as per requirement. It isn't too hectic or tough to learn the subjects as the teaching method is effective and impressive. Its much fun to study the subject with the generous nature of teachers.

Placement Experience

Placement is nice, but the major focus of the faculty is to polish the raw skills of women and make them job-ready. This college offers internships, certificate courses of great value to impart additional education.

Fee Structure And Facilities

INR 15k is the total fee of the entire course. Its a completely feasible, affordable, and the nominal fee charged by the college in comparison to the counterparts. Women of all financial backgrounds are given consideration.

Campus Life

Seminars and workshops act as an ice breaker for freshers since the seniors are part of the organizing committee and they have interactive sessions with their juniors. Competitions and events are seen too.

Alumni/Alumna

The college is a symbol of growth and empowerment of women as it is recognized by the government. With education, it also broadens the sight of the women and lets them fight their own battle in real life.

Admission

Students who score marvelous marks in their 12th board are eligible for the course. Since no other qualifying exams are conducted for admission procedure. I scored really well and reserved a spot for myself in the merit list.

The teachers are experts in different fields of history and they use their experienced-knowledge to teach students with a practical approach. They arrange a heritage walk when needed to get a better understanding.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

1. Students generally get eligible for campus placements from the 3rd semester of the M.Sc. course. 2. Deperments like Biotechnology,Botany,Zoology have placement support. 3. Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
