My College Review

Overall i think the potential for the college is really good but the major downsides are bad placement record , outdated syllabus and older methods, traditional methods of learning which are not effective and plus the poor management . The only thing which makes me feel good about the college is teacher and a healthy learning environment .

B.Sc in Mathematics seems a bit easy but trust me it is not . The college is affiliated to University and Calicut . The course is very well structured and allows us to learn complete mathematics . Various topics like algebra are an important part of the curriculum . We focus more on practical approach of the students rather that only working on theories .

Atmost everyone who are eligible for placements will get placed in our college. The salary is about 15k to 30k . The companies don't visit our camous rather the students apply online for the placement programs . The college does not provide any internship opportunity as of now but we are looking for the betterment of placement situation in our college .

The fee structure is feasible for my college . We are asked to pay a sum of Rs 2700 per year . The fees according to me is very basic and does not put any burden on the financial situations . Apart from the low fee structure we are offered scholarships too .

The labs, sports, clubs, service learning are all amazing and Excel in the infrastructure. This is really good here but the only problem is management interference in every thing and they don't provide permission for organising events until you run errands here and there.

Students looking for admission to this college needs to apply an online registration from the official website of the college . The admission is done on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th . A merit list is prepared according to the marks obtained in class 12th and then the subjects are alotted to the students .

The teachers only at times are helpful and the other few are very helpful in teaching other stuff. The teaching quality of the teacher are very exponential and they're knowledgeable and they teach very well. The faculty department no other colleges can give this much qualified faculty members they are very friendly and knowledgeable about the course they help each and every student to understand the subjects. I'm very sure this course curriculum will make the students industry ready. And Teachers of both shift 1 and shift 2 are well-educated and knowledgeable. They teach in an easy and understanding way with examples. Sometimes they even teach how the topic is relatable to our modern lives. They also explain about job opportunities, research, etc.
