Positive remarks only. This college had it all and didn? once disappoint me. I highly recommend this college if anyone wants to go into the film making world. As I can assure you that it is a very good college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The structure of the course is a very detailed structure. It is laid out properly just enough for the students to understand. The exams are conducted in a very strict manner. Enough study holidays are given so that we can put in more efforts to study and it is held in every semester.
Placement Experience
The placements are very good. The companies that come are good and reputable companies. I know a lot of my friends who are working as camera men and cinematography. I got a job with one of the famous directors in india after I was thoroughly interviewed.
College Events
The college celebrates various fests and conducts a lot of activities in the college. They do this so that the students can get more experience and discover their hidden talents. It is a good thing that the college does.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is a bit high. But that is what you have to expect especially when you plan on taking an admission in a film institute. I had to pay 1.8 lakhs per annum. Which is quite a lot but they offer quality education.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes it does offer scholarships to students just like other colleges. They select 12 meritorious students and they can avail the scholarships. The students wishing to get scholarships should fill in a form which then determines according to their academics if they will get scholarship or no.
Campus Life
There are a lot of extra curricular activities held in school. It is done to keep the students interested and give them a break from studying and for them to have a little fun. There are a few club activities.
Hostel Facilities
I had actually lived in a pg with one of my other friend. As we felt that pgs were not that costly and plus they were pretty cost efficient and we had our privacy. We paid 8,000 per month along with mess which was 1800.
Alumni/Alumna
I came across a few of my seniors who did study in that school and currently we are all in good positions. I can also proudly tell that I am also a notable alumni of this college. I feel happy everytime I mention it.
Admission
I had to fill out a form first. I was a little confused as there were so many interesting courses. The college offers a wide range of interesting courses related to the film industry. I had to fill out a form and then I had to write an exam called as the JET.
Faculty
The faculty is very experienced and is there with us through everything. They are very enthusiastic to teach us and impart us with knowledge. Their teaching techniques are very unique and interesting.
