Remarks
Although the college is in a small town of West Bengal, it is quite modern. There are still some things that need to develop such as a provision for the girls hostel, but otherwise, the college is well constructed and the members of the college are great.
Course Curriculum Overview
The degree is majors in Psychology and hence there is are a of theories, concepts and case laws involved. The students have a lot to understand and memorize. The students are asked to research on psychologists and their theories fully.
Placement Experience
The college has a placement cell. The cell is not working at a very large scale currently although, the faculty members try their best to help the students by prepping them for upcoming opportunities with jobs and internships.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for the course is very trifling and is never a burden on any of the students. The students can all afford to pay the nominal fee of the college that is ?15,903 which is the grand total for the entire program of 3 years.
Campus Life
The college has a lot of extra curricular activities for both boys and girls. The campus is not at all gender biased and encourages both genders to participate in all activities and events. There are workshops and fests too.
Hostel Facilities
The college hostel is available for the boys. There are basic utilities and services provided to them and the fee is very low too. The students who wish to stay in the hostel have to inform during the time of admission.
Admission
The basic eligibility criterion to apply for admission in any of the courses offered by the college is to have passed 10+2 in relevant subjects from any recognized board. The application mode is online.
Faculty
The college has enough faculty for our course and they have all graduated with honours or degrees that are equivalent or more. The faculty is very learned and intellectual who love to spring conversations with the students to get their minds working.
