Course Curriculum Overview
The course is 2 years long with four semesters, we get to focus on the practical knowledge more than the theoretical work which makes the curriculum practical as well as stressfree. We get the exposure to work on a research projects. External and internal examinations are conducted at the end of each session with the practical and presentation is taken by the teachers.
Placement Experience
The college hosts placements at the end of second year where the various well known and recognised companies including Indian and multinational come to interview us. The selection is purely on the basis of self merit and academic performances. The teacher gave us recommendation letters and honours in our various research work which helps to get good job. 80% of the students get placed through the campus with an average package is running Rs.10 lakhs per year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The face is submitted semester wise and the first year fees including the security deposit is around Rs.70,000. It is not that expensive and is worth the exposure provided at the college with the chance to explore various disciplines in computer science. The fees can be submitted in the form of demand draft, card payments but no cash is accepted.
Campus Life
The college has facilities like Gym, Yoga Centre, big playgrounds, including badminton courts, swimming pool, tennis courts, cricket field and football fields. Students from all the backgrounds come to study and there is a lot of diversity at the college. It is a ragging free campus with a beautiful library fully equipped, labs are updated. Overall the college environment is safe and friendly.
Admission
I had to give GATE entrance examinations to apply for the any course from the college. After applying to the university through their official website I am attaching my documents with the entrance examination result I was called upon the campus for the interview session and got selected for the ME computer science course.
Faculty
All of the teachers are well qualified with PhD in various disciplines and are always ready to help students. They all are polite and guide us along our research work as well as PhD project. They all are fluent in English which leads to no communication gap.
