Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is really good and covers a lot of important subjects in the economics field. The first two years are general arts related subjects and you have a choice between many different humanities related subjects, and in the third year you will have specialization.
Placement Experience
The college has a placement cell for placement related activities and it is very active. They also organize classes to improve our soft skills and boost our employability. Some batches have achieved a really good placement percentage, from companies like FACE, Ramana's food products, CETAS, GRT jewelers etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college fees is extremely cheap and affordable. The fee breakdown is as follows - special Fees is Rs. 300, Admission fees is Rs. 10, NSS/Flag Day/YRC fees is Rs. 35 and other fees is Rs. 376.The total fees is just Rs. 1351 per year.
Campus Life
There are several extra curricular activities in the college which can help the students gain a well rounded skill set. There are several sports activities and cultural activities that are held in the college. There is a well equipped lab, gym etc. NSS and NCC and very active.
Admission
To secure your admission, collect the application form from the college itself. After filling all the details carefully you have to submit it to the office with all the educational documents of your qualifying exam, which you can also do by post. The admission is reserved on the basis of your merit, mostly.
Faculty
Some of the faculty is really really good and they are very interested at teaching. They have a lot of knowledge in the subject they take and especially the economics professors are really good. They are all well qualified, with MA, Mphil and so on.
