Directorate of Distance Education Rabindra Bharati University provides a great opportunity for many to pursue their education regardless of the stream they belong to. The resources and the quality of education they provide help the students greatly.
Course Curriculum Overview
As this is a distance education program, the course can be pursued within a duration of 2 to 4 years of time. The course curriculum is divided into 4 semesters and gives equal importance to poetry from different time zones and also to other aspects as well.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities are not much in our college. But, they provide us sufficient training to enhance our skills in all ways possible. Also, since it is a distance education program, this course can be pursued while still pursuing a job or internship.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee amount for this course is 5,700 rupees approximately. This amount is collected by the administration by the time of admission to get enrolled for the course. Also, this fee should be paid annually during the commencement of an acaemic year.
Campus Life
There are no many extracurricular activities happening and being a distance education student, I did not have the chance to attend if there are any. However, they do organize several seminars for us to get benefitted from.
Admission
The eligibility to pursue M.A English from Directorate of Distance Education Rabindra Bharati University is to have completed a bachelor's degree with minimum qualification. I applied for this course and got informed that I got shortlisted to get admission.
Faculty
The staffs are very supportive throughout the course period and always motivates to finish the course with great passion. They provide us necessary study materials we need to study and never hesitates to clear our doubts.
