Very Nice College

The college has a lot of streams within the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) which have a very well developed and understanding course curriculum. BOTANY, CHEMISTRY, MATHEMATICS, PHYSICS, and ZOOLOGY are few branches offered by the college within B.Sc. stream.

We get a chance to sit for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) interviews as this is a recruiter that comes regularly at this college. There are also a lot of opportunities for students to get placed in various companies, and colleges. Further, they also provide internship programs for students. Most of the renowned companies and MNC's visit our college for the selection of students.

Fee structure is feasible. The fee very much reasonable and they don't charge that much fees in any of the course. As compared to other universities, ours is very much feasible and compatible in fee structure. It charges around ?2,122 per year which is quite less.

This is a college full of events and festivals. The cultural events make every community involved and we have so much fun. Workshops are conducted every week and students from all over India are studying here and there are clubs to represent their respective state by culture.

The senior Students are very helpful here. In fact, unlike the other colleges, we never experienced ragging over here. Every alumni and senior help you out with everything. They also share exam notes and materials to help us score better.

A pre-requisite for your admission to the college is that you must have qualified your 10+2 examination from a relevant stream with at least 50% marks from a recognized college. Make sure you have a good percentage in 10+2 as there are many candidates and acceptance and rejection of your candidature solemnly depends upon your merit score of 10+2.

All the faculty members of Alipurduar College are either doctorates or post-doctorates. Hence, in addition to providing excellent teaching, the faculty members provide great research ambiance in the schools.
