Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is pretty rigid and strict. Every semester has different course curriculum. This often leaves the students very hectic and tired at the end of the day. The students try the best and study hard.

Placement Experience

The college helps students in getting various internships and placements. The college in itself does not offer any placements or internships for the students. But the college helps in training the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is less and it comes up to maximum of Rs.7000 in a year which is for only my course. The other course is the fee structure varies. So every month the amount to be paid to the college will be less.

Campus Life

The college hosts various activities to encourage the students to participate in it other than studies. The main model of the college is not only studies but also the overall development of students in various fields.

Admission

The basic admission process is the students have to fill up a form online from the college website and then wait for the merit list to come out. Once the merit list comes out if your name is in the list then you are in.

The faculty consists of very very experienced teachers. The teachers teach the students with extreme care and a very precise with what they teach.The teachers are very well knowledgeable when it comes to their subjects.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
