Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is pretty god. The subjects and topics in the syllabus are all relevant to the subject, and important for a proper understanding of the field. The topics are also well-structured. Exams are held regularly by the University.
Placement Experience
The college has a career counselling cell where the students are provided help and support to prepare for the job interviews and placements. The cell is well-established and reputed companies come every year to select the best students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very affordable. The cost of the three-year Bachelor's degree is about 17,000 rupees, which is not very high. Considering the infrastructure and education, I think that the amount paid is pretty much feasible.
Campus Life
There are different extracurricular activities, such as sports, and cultural and technical activities. There are different laboratories, a gymnasium, and an auditorium on campus. The college also has an Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell and an Anti-Ragging Cell.
Admission
Raiganj Surendranath Mahavidyalaya is affiliated to the reputed Gour Banga university, a state university. SO, I applied to the University, and I chose this college because I heard good reviews from locals and seniors. I applied on the basis of 10+2 marks, and took admission on making the merit list.
Faculty
The faculty members are all qualified, and they're experienced teachers. They know the subjects well and do their best to help us understand the topics. They help us get a grasp on the topics, and keep us hooked to their unique ways of teaching.
