My college and life around it.

The college gives you a complete experience overall. The students are eager to attend the college and the professors are eager to teach. One thing that the college can work on is providing students with more placement opportunities on campus.

The course curriculum is designed according to University of Kalyani. All the subject matter is evenly divided over the course of 3 years. For better understanding of the students, interal tests are conducted on regular intervals.

One can't solely rely on college when it comes to placements. Even though our college has a active career counselling cell, the most it does is make the students well prepared for the future employment opportunities by ensuring holistic development of individual.

The fee factor was one of the major reason I was attracted to this college. The fees for my course was as low as Rs. 6540 for 3 years. The yearly installments of Rs 2180 made it super easy for my parents to pay the fees and see their child gain quality education.

Our college regularly conducts workshops for different departments in which prominent personalities from across the state visit our college. It also conduct annual sports meet where students who excel in sports are recognized and awarded. We also have annual functions like fresher's meet, festival celebrations etc.

My admission was solely based on my academic preformance in higher secondary.I applied offline by buying the application form and submitting it on time. Soon after I got a call from the college confirming my admission and I was called to verify my documents. I chose this college because it was very close to my house and I've been familiar with this college since childhood.

The faculty of the college is pretty decent. The professors are always ready to lend a supportive hand to the students whether it be academics or co-curricular activities. As students of English, they motivate us to write our own blogs, stories, articles etc.
