Course Curriculum Overview
The course was research based and maintained good balance between practical and theoritical work. Labwork happened frequently. The syllabus was by UGC and it was well made for best possible learning of students.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities were available by the college for certain respective streams. As a chemistry student I got plenty opportunities to do research work in laboratories and gain even more academic knowledge from experts and scientists.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for my B.Sc. in chemistry was around Rs 9000 in total for three years. Being a government aided college the fees are quite feasible for most students. The lab and equipment provided by the college was also amazing.
Campus Life
A lot of extracurricular activities are held throughout the year for the students. Freshers party for the first years is a big event. The college also organized annual sports events that many students look forward to. Cultural and educational societies also work for organizing different stuff and magazines are also released every year.
Admission
I choose chemistry as my major cause I really love the subject a lot and have heard great reputation about the department of the college. I got admission by applying online and based on my marks in my board exams I was called for enrollment into the college.
Faculty
My teachers were extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I learned a lot from them. They taught so well we understood difficult concepts immediately. They were encouraging and patient. Anytime I had doubts or questions they helped to clarify.
