My College Review

I was enrolled in BTech Information Technology , I guess you are quite familiar with the scene of engineering in our country. Our college is quite good when it comes to exams and all. Exams were held on time and the questions were not that tough, anyone can make through it quite easily. Labs were an integral part of the course . We really focus on the practical approach of information technology .

Placements are good in this college. Every year atleast 80 to 90% students got placed in many companies like TCS , AMAZON , WIPRO , AVON etc. visit our campus. Yes, college provides in-house internship and a stipend is given to the students but overall it gives very much experience.

The fee structure is feasible for all the courses . I payed 50,000 INR per year as my college fee . It seemed very feasible to me . Engineering education is becoming expensive day by day but my college fees were really good . The college administration was really helpful in the payment of fees even if we got a little late .

Gender ratio is equal there but in aeronautical field as usual there are less girl but otherwise every section has equal ratio of boys and girls. Best thing is that senior are very helpful there and the best part is THERE IS NO RAGGING . We celebrate lot of cultural fests in our college and sports competition are a part of our daily life . Seniors are really talented in sports activity .

You will get to interact with the seniors a lot, which I think is a merit. There is an alumuni network and there are several alumuni meets arranged in a year. My advice would be to remain in touch with some seniors they will prove to be helpful.

I got admission to the college on the basis of rank which I secured in TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) exam . The exam is conducted every year and the cut off rank is mentioned in the website of TNEA .

Faculties puts every possible effort to make you understand but it depend on you where you wanna learn or not. You can go and personally ask any doubt and surely they will be cleared. There were no gap in any lecturer but some students don't attend lecture.
