Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is designed to meet the latest requirements. Our curriculum is a blend of modern and traditional subjects. Our tests are a little tight compared to today? tests. The exam pattern of this college is good.

Placement Experience

In my time, our college is one of the best colleges for placement and employment. We got a lot of potential from different companies. I got a job with a much higher package from the college campus. The college management gives 100% for the student selection.

Fee Structure And Facilities

This college fee structure is very affordable. For my BA course, they charged me, ?4,000, which included all other field charges, such as the library charge. Fees were never tension in this college. The college provides a good facility in this amount.

Campus Life

There were so many extracurricular activities at our college. Annual presentations, seminars, and educational programs are held on a regular basis. We often went to the Okiti Tea Garden for a study tour. Every year our college celebrates various festivals including International Days.

Admission

I was admitted here in 2015. Everything is only online. Anyone who is 60% or above is eligible to apply. I have also applied here and provided a copy of my results along with the application. After some time, I got a call for a counseling process.

Faculty

The faculty members are excellent at their work. Most professors' teaching style is very different and good, so we don't even need to study this stuff on our own. They have always guided our educators and made us all better.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

THERE ARE FAR BETTER OPTIONS

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
