Remarks
There is very good remark for my college like we have Women Harassment Redressal Cell, SC/ST Welfare Cell, Placement and Vocational Guidance Cell, Student Grievance Cell also we have gym and health centre in our campus to encourage the fitness of the students and a very good hostel facility is there for those students who are from outside states.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was always a fan of mathematics because in my Bachelors I got 98% marks in mathematics which made my mind to pursue a master in maths also there are continuous internal assessment exams and semester exams in our college and you need Minimum 40% to pass the semester.
Placement Experience
Yes, Placement cell is there in our university but you need to ready yourself to face the competition. the placement completely depends on your ability and capabilities of getting the job opportunities. Besides, there are many internship programs as well and I am also looking forward to having good placement in the future.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are feasible as compared to the other colleges, you just need to pay approx 5150 Rs for admission fees which depends according to your course, 1400 Rs for examination fees, and a refundable caution deposit of 500. For M.Sc. Mathematics this was affordable fees.
Campus Life
Lots of seminars and counselling cell are organised on varying legal topics every month, more than Hundreds of Research Projects on Tamil language and the culture funded by various international, national and state organizations such as UGU, CSIR, ICHR, ASI, INSA, ICSSR, NISTADS, CICT, Ford Foundation and CIIL to spread the culture of Tamilians. Also their are career making activities through Seminars and Workshops.
Admission
To secure admission here, we have to fill out an admission form. Then a merit list of the students who have been selected will be put up on the notice board in the college campus. Then they conduct an interview and you have to show your original documents.
Faculty
The faculty is the most experienced in the field of Mathematics and they are well qualified because most of them are holding a degree of PhD holders and they have great knowledge. They are very friendly in class and they also help us during our internal assessments and exam time.
