Course Curriculum Overview
I completed my Bachelor's in Business Administration from Amity, Noida, and I wanted to pursue an MBA in International Business tp possess deep knowledge about the evolution of global marketing which makes us professionals to have a better approach for the rising problems. I went through an online examination which consisted of Written Tests which included questions from Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English and General Knowledge. Essay writing was the second step of the examination and the topic was ""Growth of International Marketing"" It is important to have good command over English language, Grammar and punctuations. After clearing the entrance exam, I was called for Group Discussion and Interview which were the final stages of admission.
Placement Experience
The summer placements, as well as the final placements, are worth appreciating. Companies from different sectors like Trade, Media and Telecom, BFSI and Consumer Service recruits the majority of the crowd from my college. However, as an MBA student, I applied for internships which were off-campus for an internship for better opportunities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for Full Time MBA in International Business would cost you around 7,60,000 INR annually and 15,20,000 in total for 2 years. Personally, I find the fees affordable in comparison to several other colleges, however, some of my batchmates do find the fees a bit more if the facilities they provide are considered.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of the college is decent however I found it a bit off, maybe because I shifted from Amity to IIFT but if you are looking for a huge cafeteria or beautiful auditorium, you might be disappointed. I like reading in the library which features many genres of books from famous authors.
Admission
A candidate must have completed his/her bachelor's degree in any discipline before applying for an MBA in IIFT. After filling the online application form, I had to appear for an examination to proceed further for my admission. The online application is released in the month of July and the examination is held in the month of November.
Faculty
The faculty is dedicated to the development of their students. I love how creative my professors are when it comes to developing strategies during the classes. The assistant professors are very funny and interactive, they keep cracking jokes in between to break the seriousness.
