Course Curriculum Overview

Since the colllege is based on distant learning, it uses the multimedia approach to teach students. Notes, online courses and eresource books are sent to the students wherein they learn and can clarify their doubts as well.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are limited but are still there for students of Post graduate courses as they become corporate ready and many companies and NGO's recruit people for the same. Internships are offered too.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the B.com course is around Rs 6045 for one year which is quite feasible and flexible according to me. Students who want to save money for higher education must consider this college as it's really affordable money wise.

Campus Life

There are various student clubs, department clubs as well in the college. Workshops and seminars are also held on a daily basis and people are generally friendly with each other. There is an overall harmony in the campus.

Admission

The admission to the bcom course is through the merit list and applicants need to fill the admission form online provided on the website. It's essential to carry all the documents beforehand and the minimum eligibility marks is 45%.

Yes it's pretty relevant they follow the new CBME issued by the NMC and it's in line with the PG syallabus and entrance exams as well . What they could change though is the teaching methods and how to be more interactive with students

The Directorate has proper infrastructure in the form of halls for Personal Contact Programme (PCP), seminar presentation, viva-voce and counseling sessions. Directorate of Distance Education has also established a network of UG Learners Support Centres at Rajouri, Kathua, Udhampur, Bhaderwah, Poonch, Doda, Kishtwar to ensure effective academic and administrative support to distance learners. The Directorate offers an opportunity to the P.G. distance learners to enroll as NSS volunteers for their holistic personality development.
