Remarks
This is a pretty good institution to start off a nirsing career. However, the fees are high and some changes can be made in it. Apart from this, the rest of the facilities are good. The environment is nice and easy going.
Course Curriculum Overview
The entire course lasts for about 2 years plus one year of internship. During the course basic first aid treatment to advanced level of handling the patient's condition is taught. It's a semester pattern and exams are held at the end of each semester.
Placement Experience
Atleast six months internship is mandatory for this course. Mostly one applies at the institution's hospital itself but can venture out too. The placements are given in the same hospital after the completion of the course.
Fee Structure And Facilities
This is a very reputed and well to do institution as thus, the fees are high as well. One can expect atleast two to three lakhs rupees for the entire course. It can fluctuate depending upon the institution norms and conditions.
Campus Life
As this is an eye speciality hospital first not many events take place here. But education based seminars, conference with the expertise, research programs, seminars on medical updates and presentations of the same are constantly arranged.
Admission
For this course on nursing the minimum eligibility is 10+2 only. The admission forms are available online which have to be filled up. The enrollment is based on merit list and cutoff decided by the institution.
Faculty
Here the faculties have good nursing experience and can teach well about it. There is indept understanding about the syllabus and what is necessary for them to teach and learn. They are helpful and considerate as well.
