Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was competently planned and executed. The course was divided into groups and each group had a different teacher. We had to appear for the mid-semester exams which were held thrice in a year. Overall, the curriculum was satisfactory.
Placement Experience
There are no such placement opportunities after the diploma course in the college. You have to become highly qualified in order to work in this field. Placement drives are organised for the students of other departments.
College Events
Since our college is a Christian missionary college, several festivals related to Christianity are celebrated here. Festive times are really enjoyable. Also, our college organises an annual sports meet in the month of December. Competitions like debates, quizzes are also organised.
Fee Structure And Facilities
A very minimal amount is charged as a fee from the students. The fee for my diploma course was around 7,000 rupees for a year which is easily affordable. Hostel charges have to be paid separately. Hostel charges can be quite high.
Campus Life
There is an elected student's body which coordinates the organisation of events and also works for the welfare of the students. The infrastructural facilities are quite good. There are 4 large buildings with well-equipped labs. There is a sports ground as well where sports are played regularly.
Admission
I got admission in this college after appearing for an entrance exam and an interview round. First of all, I submitted an application form after which I was invited to write the entrance exam. After clearing the written test I was called for the personal interview round post which I secured the admission in the college.
Faculty
The faculty of the college was highly educated and experienced. Some of them had several years of experience in their respective theological subjects. They taught us through unique and interesting techniques. They also held doubt classes and treated us with respect and love.
