Arguably the best institution in India for forestry research. The course curriculum is extremely handy for those who want to pursue a career in forestry or allied sciences. The course is divided into semesters and Choice based credit system is used for merit evaluation.

Placement cell works fine, For job purposes, the course is well established to provide us with a good salary package along with the internship. Learning here enhances knowledge very much about forestry and nature conversation., There is a guidance sector in our college where many experienced teachers sit and guide the students as to what is their strength and their weakness, which is crucial for their work environment.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I personally think the fee structure is a little expensive. But then again this is a private university and everyone knows how the money flows in a private university. Needless to say. It's feasible and expensive at the same time. For 1 year PG course total fee cost me around INR 11 Lakhs.
Campus Life
The college hosts a yearly fest. The fresher?s batch usually organizes this event. There are various guest lectures, organized, cultural fest every year, and various events including Vigilance day, commonwealth forest conference 2019 held on our campus.
Admission
Admission will be based on a first come? first serve basis. The Selection is on the basis of a recommendation by State Forest Departments of officers of the rank of DCF/ACF who meet the eligibility criteria. Students applying for this course should possess a background of Forestry training with a minimum of Bachelor's degree in any of the natural sciences.
Faculty
The faculty guides you well about everything. I think my experience was awesome. it's a good place to show your talent and learn what you want there is a faculty which helps you in each discussion. The teaching method is satisfactory and understandable.
