The course is very brief and completed within the stipulated time.The college is affiliated to Madras University and the syllabus and exams are done according to the academic calendar of the university.
Placement Experience
No, I have not heard about any job placement or internship offered by our college. As I am still a student I hope that by the time of my passing there shall be any such facilities. Our professors always encourage us to search for jobs and internships to have an experience in the industrial grounds.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees of IDE is a very meagre one. It is Rs. 18,810/- in total for three years. Getting such an incredible education in such low fees is very rare in this country. It is obviously feasible for students belonging to any social strata.
Campus Life
A wonderful library with a wide collection of books and articles is there in the college. It is updated monthly and all new books are added to the collection. Orientations and counselings are conducted in the college and interactive sessions between the students and professors are encouraged.
Admission
The admission procedure of IDE is very simple. The basic eligibility criteria of the college is decided by the entrance exam conducted by the college. After the declaration of the 10+2 result I applied for the college and then appeared for the entrance examination. The merit lists were published in the official website of the college. Accordingly, I got my admission here.
Faculty
The faculty of my college is an outstanding one having great knowledge and experience on the subject. They are very encouraging and supporting. All our doubts are cleared by them and I am very happy being under their guidance.
