Yoga Retreat to free us from the distraction of life

This is the best college one can ever have. It imparted immense knowledge and learning to grow spiritually and become a new and better human being who not only works for himself but also looks out for others.

Yoga is magic and I always wanted to be a magician. There is nothing more powerful than to heal someone, spiritually as well as mentally. This course has combined Yoga and Science behind it providing in-depth knowledge to people. I had to take an aptitude test which was followed by a personal interview, however, you would only be called for an interview after you have cleared the entrance test and got your name in the merit list.

The placement of the college is amazing. 2-3 students are placed abroad every year with the demand for Yoga instructors who are not only certified but also possess in-depth knowledge about it. The internships are insightful and content. The college placed us as instructors in a yoga retreat held in Kerala.

I found the fees affordable as it provides way more than it charges us for. I had to pay 10,000 INR per semester or 60,000 INR in total. The fees are different for different courses and they keep varying every year, so I would advise to check it once, before applying.

The only execrable thing about the university is that you would not be able to have a lavish cafeteria or modern ambience. The infrastructure is quite laid back and is devoid of all the modern amenities. I usually relax on the fitness ground and perform yoga or read a book as there's nothing much to do in the name of leisure activities.

The university has online as well as an offline option for filling the admission form. However, I opted for getting the application form and the prospectus by depositing 100 INR paid to the university. After successfully submitting the application form, I got a date for an aptitude test held by the university.

Maybe this is biased opinion but I consider this as the best college, featuring the best faculty in the world to pursue Yoga for deeper knowledge. Yoga has been birthed by our Mother, India, and when you are learning from the best, you are blessed. Thecompetent professors are not only connected to us academically but they even connect with us on an emotional level which creates a special bond between the faculty and the students.
