Bachelor of Engineering [BE] Computer Science and Engineering

The institute designed a mixed syllabus as the course was theory-based where we started learning from the basics of Computer programming and the relevant engineering aspects. Later on, we were taught to implement the theoretical part in the practical one at the computer labs where we also gave the submission and practical exams.

Here at Shivani Engineering College, the placement ratio was moderate as some students got placed in organizations like HCL, Wipro, Reliance Communication, Shivani Infotech and were able to get moderate wage at first as of due to the probation period. Yes, the college provided internships to the final year students.

The fees I paid were according to the semester format while there were options to pay the fees yearly. As I paid after every semester exams, the amount to be deposited at the admission counter was the 14,610 along with the fees payment form so as per my perspective, it was much feasible to pay the fees.

The scholarship option was there but to avail of it required higher merit rank. Also, as there were reservation criteria, candidates from reserved categories were able to avail of the schemes. However, I met very few students from the general category to avail of the benefits.

As an inclusive part of the curriculum, the college had several workshops based on the technical aspects where modern technological aspects of computer engineering were showed to the students. Apart from it, we had a huge playground to play outdoor games and there was a lot of diversity of students. The economic status was almost the same as every student at the campus.

The Shivani Engineering College hostel facilities were for 48.12k similar for both males and female but the college took care of safety as the buildings were allotted separately. However, the facilities like food, clean rooms, WiFi, and some personal with separate belongings were included in the fees itself.

I chose Computer Science and Engineering at Shivani Engineering College as I had a keen interest in coding and met the eligibility criteria after the TNEA. Also, I followed the offline procedure by proving all the academic documents and relevant mark sheets at the campus itself. As I got selected, I was notified of the fees paid and counseling procedures.

They gave discrete lectures on the crucial topics as they did much research before delivering the content in the classrooms. Also, they gave us knowledge about the current market scenarios and the level of education required to get a decent job as they knew most while their academic experience and several years in the job sectors.
