Bsc Mathematics hons is a honors level course which ha the duration of 3 years and follows semester system. The course structure is very focused and well organised and also balanced. The days are hectic and exams too are very tiring.

The institution provides with excellent education and opportunities to the students. There are internships and job opportunities for the students too. However, the students pursue higher education to add more feathers to their resume and get good jobs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of bsc Mathematics hons is around 1 lakh 40 thousand for 3 years which is quiet feasible as per the education and facilities provided by the institution. Hence it can be declared that the fee structure is good and affordable.

The college is very good in its extracurricular activities.they focus on overall development of the students. They have various sports activities like football, basketball and so on. They also organize cultural functions like fest and fates in which students take part and enhance their personalities.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
