My review about IHM Harimpur

The course curriculum is divided into six semesters. Two semesters each year. The syllabus covers every topic required for the hotel management. The exams are conducted efficiently without giving extra burden.

The placements of college is brilliant. A number of reputed hotels visit the college for example Taj, Lela, Oberoi groups etc. All the students gets offer letters. Almost everyone gets selected with a beautiful salary.

The college celebrates various events such as Environment day, Earth day , Republic day, Independence day. Annual sports day is also conducted in the college. Blood donation camps are also carried out.

The fee is reasonable and is paid yearly. The tuition fee for each semester is different. The first year I paid a total of 1,12,900 INR. The second senester's tuition fee was about ?39700. The entire fee for the course is some what near ?3.35 lakh.

The college also has a vast cultural diversity. The ratio of girls to boys is nearly equal. There is no discrimination done in the college. The college encourages students to take part in various sports competition. There are a number of cooking workshops and competition held in the college.

The college has hostel accommodation to both boys and girls. The hotel rooms are well ventilated, doors, windows are there with proper locks. The rooms contain two beds, study table and a cupboard. The basic food, electricity and water supply works properly. Food is yummy and taste like home.

The student must have qualified class 12 from a recognized boards with english as a mandatory subject followed by the score obtained in the JEE MAINS. After this the college releases a merit list, if the candidate name is in the list, they are called for the counseling process.

The faculty of college including teaching and the non-teaching staff are very humble and gentle. The teachers are highly qualified in their fields of study and teach all the students lovingly. They are always helpful in every task.
