Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is fine, not at all complicated. Learning BA economics is interesting,as you get to know more about economy and statistics.But scoring marks in it was become a liitle difficult for me in 1 st year but after that i studied more and achieved good marks. There are 2 semesters in 1 academic year.

Placement Experience

The college support for job opportunities is below average. Students pursuing masters gets good opportunities of jobs.Students of UG courses study for competitive exams and pursue masters so they dont think much of jobs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is feasible and affordable.So,its all worthy as you get various facilities also and good atmosphere for studying.Dor ba economics the fees for three years is around rs 8,000. Tution fees is also included in this.

Campus Life

Annual day events, cultural events,quizez, Inter college competition and more are some of the interesting events that boosts confidence in the student. laboratories are well maintained.The environment is good.I thoroughly enjoyed learning there.

Admission

I found this college best Becuase it has all the facilities that mainly a student requires.And i never regretted that i got to be a student of this college.I fillede up the form online and submitted after giving necessary information.The selection is on the merit base.

The faculty is high qualified and had good knowledge of the subjects they are teaching.They also give guidance about the career choices and future. Faculty also encourage students so that they can clear doubts if they have any.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
