Remarks
If given the chance, I believe BIT is one of the good places to get a b.tech. degree. There is a lot of good infrastructure and you will have a good social life here too. Plus, the college is nice to live in too.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is strict. It is a bit difficult to keep up with the course sometimes but this is good because it makes us very competitive students and in this job market it is very necessary to have an edge.
Placement Experience
Yes, BIT has a good reputation, a lot of colleges and companies come here to get students i.e. graduates placed in their companies. The salaries are starting off pretty good. The placement is pretty good here.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees might be on the higher side, but with BIT's value and education, many students feel that they are receiving value for their money. The fees are over 2.6 lakh rupees per year for the b.tech. course.
Campus Life
Yes, there are many activities for the students after class hours and besides studies. There are many labs available. The infrastructure is quite good so there are many places where you can go to chill or anything you want.
Admission
I got admission by giving my JEE mains exam and passing in that with a good rank. This is the main thing. Plus, you need to pass your 10+2 course with the required subjects with good marks to be eligible.
Faculty
The faculty is really good here. They are very intelligent and know how to deliver their lectures in such a way that it is engaging and interesting and a good learning experience for the students without being boring.
