Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was a huge hit for me as I thought that it would differ from bachelors to some extent. Instead, it was a lot of subjects in each semester with time consuming practicals. I had to give myself a wake up call after first semester to pull my socks up and do better than before.
Placement Experience
The placement and internship committees need some guidance. The committee was not able to share any information about internships with their students and also, during placement drives, only five established companies visited the campus for recruitment.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees has always been nominal. The Institution has been there for years but, it has never practiced any hike in their fees. Moreover, the fees for my masters course was further lower than bachelors program.
Campus Life
The institutions really takes pride in its extra curricular activities. While the priority is the academic success even despite that, the university believes that ECA must not be neglected. There were many opeions to choose from but, I went ahead with football.
Alumni/Alumna
Being one of the few universities offering few numbered courses all over India, the WBUHS has been able to form a successful association that includes few notable doctors working at private hospitals now.
Admission
Taking consideration of your bachelor's degree, the candidate still has to give an entrance exam for masters course. I had already studied bachelors under WBUHS so, I was given preference over other candidates.
Faculty
The professors are qualified and treat the course with a lot of professionalism. They were disappointed with my work system in first semester but, helped me get back on the track in the next semester that was coming.
